Have is handmade accented with hat pins made also by myself, a golden trim, feathers and silk roses, clock face and hands which are securely attached to the feathers. Hat can come on your choice of alligator clips or skinny elastic.
They are mini to wear as fascinators.4 inches tall, included the feather.
