Set of 4 ceramic coasters with shells, seaweed and fossils from Seatown near Lyme Regis, Dorset, pressed into soft clay, fired and glazed with spring green and turquoise blushed with pink and sea green crackle glaze.

I collected all these sea things at one of my favourite seaside holidays, camping near Seatown on the Jurassic coast, Dorset. It is so beautiful and full of stunning fossils. Here I have used iron pyrites ammonites, and others fossils which have turned to stone. Others are incredible but only preserved in soft black clay so soon crumble away, still others so massive you have to go there to see them.

I stuck little silicon feet on the back to protect surfaces.
They are easy to wipe clean and completely heat proof having been fired to 1060C/1940F.
Set of 4 with different designs, each one unique spring green and turquoise blushed with pink.

Size: 10cm/4inches square, 7mm/0.3inches thick. with strong silicon rubber feet.

These tiles can also be used in the kitchen or bathroom as special features among plain tiles.
These are available with different glazes as see in photos, soon to be listed and more can be Custom made to order - allow 2 weeks to be made.

Other coasters available now:

I will pack in a lovely box.
