After ordering monogram stuff, firstly I will send the monogram design to make sure that you like it before I make it a pendant. Then you need to confirm (Acceptance or not) on Convo.
After your confirmation, It takes 3~5 business days (Mon.~Fri.) to make the pendant.
Please remember that I will be able to make the pendant after receiving your acknowledgment via Convo on my Etsy shop.
Generally, it takes 7 business preparation days to ship.
