Absolutely gorgeous set of Victorian doorknobs from the early 1900s. Design has a flat center circle, with a swirling Celtic motif, surrounded by an outer circle with a loping horseshoe border. They are not genuine gold or brass, but rather some kind of metal. All hardware appears original. One side of the set is more gold than the other. The other side of the set is more reddish in color probably from more use or some kind of paint or lacquer. All four knobs are wonderfully worn and chipped with a beautiful patina. They have so much character! You can tell they were very loved at one time. These would be the perfect whimsical detail to add to your already beautiful home or restoration project.

Very good! Worn and chipped patina; you can tell they’ve been very loved, but it only adds to their overall character. All original hardware.

Knob: 2.25 inches in diameter
Bar length between knobs: 2 inches (but should hardware be moved, should extend to approximately 2.5 inches)
