Our most intricate topper to date, and perfectly pretty for an over the top celebration, the Festival Cake Topper is made of four petite pom garlands (mini poms made of crepe/tissue), which hang from three natural bamboo skewers. Measures 12" tall x 8" wide (adjust width by positioning skewers just as you wish). Note: The cake in this photo is 9" round.

Every Festival Cake Topper is completely hand-cut, constructed, and made to order by Potter +Butler. Please allow up to seven days for production. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive within two to four days of shipping (in the US).
