This is a very cool, detailed, antique cast iron viking or pirate ship design door stop or book end. It is very sturdy and solid, weighing 2+lbs. It measures 5" tall by about 5.25" wide by about 2.25" deep. It looks like there may have been small pieces broken off on the top (extended masts?) and the front of the ship (extended bar?), but it doesn't look incomplete unless examined closely. It has rust, dirt and patina that give it great vintage character. I haven't cleaned it at all. Sold as is. Would be an excellent home decor conversation piece!
