Red tulle and red glitter tulle attach to a black crochet bodice creating an empire waistline. (The bodice stretches to about 25 inches around when stretches to its MAX). Also note, the Minnie Mouse applique now has a white glitter bow at her ear instead of a black bow as featured in this picture.
Thin stretchy ribbon is placed over the shoulders for extra support and embellished with red tulle.

My tutu dresses are made with strips of tulle, and are NOT one solid piece of fabric. Therefore, all tutu dresses should be worn with a slip, leggings and/or tights and bloomers to ensure 100% coverage.

You can, of course, always "Rush" an order; you can shorten processing time to 1 week before mailing with the purchase of the "Rush Order Fee" of $15.
