READY TO ORDER? HERE'S HOW IT WORKS!
Step 1: Purchase this deposit listing for the design of your choice. This deposit covers the customization of your order, and will be applied towards your order total. Your remaining balance will be due after you approve your design, before printing/production can begin.
Step 2: You'll receive an email with instructions on how to submit your wording, and confirm your paper and color choices, as well as request any add-ons or upgrades.
Step 3: You'll receive your initial proof within 3 business days along with an itemized quote for your order total (see pricing details below). Two rounds of revisions are included (additional revisions are $25 per new proof).
Step 4: Once we've received your final approval and balance payment, your invitations will go to print. Production times vary, but the majority of orders will ship out within 7-14 days of final approval.
Step 5: We package up and ship out your fab personalized invitations (see detailed shipping information below).

DETAILS:
The Hitched by Hip Ink collection is digitally printed on your choice of extra-thick specialty paper. Currently we have the following papers available, all in white only:
White Matte (110 lb) - paper has a smooth flat texture
White Metallic (111 lb) - paper has a metallic sheen and sparkle
White 100% Cotton (118 lb) - paper has a soft luxurious texture, tree-free (eco-friendly)
The basic Hitched invitation set includes the following:
* Main Invitation and matching envelope
* Choice of response card and matching envelope, or large enclosure
* Digital PDF proofs with up to two rounds of revisions, personalized with your wording and choice of style for response or insert card
* Choice of paper
Sizes are as follows: Main Invitation, 5"x7"; Response Card, 4.25"x5.5" (note this is larger than normal); insert card, 4.375"x6.375".

Bad handwriting? Short on time? Let us address your envelopes for you for only $1.50 per set!
Full addressing (including printed guest address, return address and response envelope address) is available, in both digital calligraphy (printed directly on the envelope) and band wrap (printed on a rectangular label that wraps around your envelope) styles.
Please note that this service requires that you provide your guest addresses to us based on our specific addressing spreadsheet template. If you can not provide your guest addresses in this format, an additional charge will apply.

SHIPPING:
Shipping options will be provided and shipping charges confirmed on a per order basis, taking into account the client's location, timeline and tracking/insurance preferences. Should you require a specific shipping estimate, please contact us directly before placing your order.
Orders shipping within Canada will be sent via Canada Post, ex. Burlington, Ontario, unless otherwise requested.
Orders shipping within the US will be sent via USPS, ex. Buffalo, New York, unless otherwise requested.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please note that for orders shipping outside of North America, you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, duties, or additional taxes.
Also, shipping estimates do not take into account the time required to clear customs, which in some cases can be a number of weeks (or months!). Please make sure to take this possibility into account when determining when to order your invitations - we encourage you to order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

WHEN TO ORDER?
Ordering early is the best way to ensure you receive your invitations on time and have a stress-free experience. We recommend ordering a minimum of 4-6 months before your wedding, as your invitations will need to go out about 6-8 weeks before the big day!
