shipping is via USPS and includes delivery confirmation, a tracking number will be emailed to you from Paypal if you are within the US
International customers may be sent their customs declaration number if requested but this is not a tracking number. If you live outside of the US and would like to track your package, Express mail can be purchased for an extra cost.
