For sale is a Wizard of Oz Emerald City printed full skirt! This has beautiful coloring and features Dorothy, Scarecrow, Lion, and Tinman. The skirt has a 2 1/2" wide black metallic elastic waistband which is very comfortable and has an easy fit. This sample is a size Medium (fits sizes 6-10).
