Hat Pin Holder, mark is a hand-applied gilt crown over crossed swords. Below the swords it reads Paris Royal, Peint d' la main'. Pin Holder is one piece and the colors are vibrant. It has rusty red, purple and blue flowers with gold trim. The top and circular bottom tray has a molded pattern and blue green in color.
It is in excellent condition (no chips or cracks).
It measures 5" tall, and the underplate is 4 1/4" in diameter. It can hold 13 hatpins.
