This pettiskirt is soooo sweet on babies 0-12! It is written so that you can adjust the tie to fit a lil baby laying on it's belly to a toddler sitting upright. Makes for a very unique photography prop!
This is such and EASY skirt to make---don't be deceived by the looks of it! The ruffles are easy--as well as the base!
Great for a prop; it is a little heavy for personal use so I would recommend a light 4ply.
