The CHLOE dress is a colaboration between Dawn Nicole Warnaar and Whimsy Couture. The tutorial is written by both and contain pictures of different steps.
This dress is just so fun because you get to choose many different prints! The bodice has buttons in the back and elastic for closing them (no buttonholes to make!). The skirt is layered and the hems are done with store bought bias binding (an optional tutorial shows you how to make your own).
You will receive: ONE (1) sewing pattern with tutorial and sizing chart for all sizes ranging 12 month through 12 years!).

My sewing patterns are handmade and not copied! I use my own measurements and described everything with pictures! It's so easy to make your own!

You will need: fabric, a sewing machine, a serger/overlock machine (optional) notions, scissors, elastic or ponytail O, 3 buttons, bias tape (or make your own), iron and intermediate to advanced sewing skills!
