A beautiful necklace Inspired by the Hunger Games book series. In the books, the heroine Katniss Everdeen's choice of weapon is the bow & arrow. The bird charm symbolizes the reference to the term "Mockingjay", which was a symbol associated with Katniss in the book at the start of the revolution as a sign of strength and courage. It was referenced in the movie as a pin given by her to her sister Prim for luck, who then in turn gave it to Katniss when she took her place in The Hunger Games. During the Quarter Quell, her friend Peeta gives her a saltwater pearl, a precious gift that will give her strength and courage throughout the many challenges that she had to face.
