They are one sided single pieces of paper that do not fold or tent. You can attach them with double sided tape, dimensional foam dots or place them in wire stand card holder. You can place two back to back if you need them double sided.

The inside frame measures approx. 1 3/4" x 1". This is the space you will have to write or personalize. In order to write smaller you may want to use a fine tip micron pen which can be purchased at any local craft or art supply store.
