Nb - waist = 11.5" - 13.5" and thigh = 5" - 7"
Sm - waist =13" - 15" and thigh = 7" - 8"
Md - waist = 15" - 17" and thigh = 9" - 10"
Lg - waist = 17" - 19" and thigh = 10" - 11"
XL - waist = 19" - 20.5" and thigh = 11" - 13"
