My newest design original ~ depicting the glass Reaping Ball holding possible tributes from District 12. Tiny slips of paper bearing the names of Katniss Everdeen, Peeta Mellark, Primrose Everdeen and Gale Hawthorne have been tucked inside a HAND-BLOWN clear GLASS orb (not plastic). Each side of the glass ball is flanked by a gunmetal filigree disc and a black hematite bead, representing the coal miners of District 12. The chain is a mother-son style link which measures 18" (depending upon availability, this chain may be substituted). At the closure dangles a black swarovski crystal.
*¨¨*☆*¨¨* I will gladly PERSONALIZE your Reaping Ball by adding your own "tributes" names to the inside. How eerily creepy cool is that! Just drop me a note at checkout.
*¨¨*☆*¨¨* These hand-blown glass orbs are not meant to be super sparkly. They almost have a "dusty" quality, meant to represent the hard times endured by the districts. Glass Orb measures 1".
