What better way to celebrate a little girls birthday than with a bright and cheerful rainbow party! This cupcake shirt features a rainbow striped liner with hot pink 3-D rosette flowers as the icing.
Applique is hand cut, applied with a heat bonding material, then hand sewn for extra security. Each rosette is hand sewn onto shirt. I recommend hand washing this item and line drying due to the delicate nature of the rosette flowers.
