FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
*How long do they last?
Many, many years. They will continue to felt over time, causing them to shrink a little bit, but it won't hinder their effectiveness at all.
*How are wool dryer balls different than the plastic dryer balls in the store?
Our dryer balls are 100% NATURAL! Plastic dryer balls are made out of PVC or Polyvinyl chloride. It is the most toxic of all plastics. As you can imagine, when the toxic chemical is heated, it's released onto your clothing, causing skin irritation and a variety of other health problems.
*How many dryer balls do I need to use?
For a full sized load, we use 10+ dryer balls, but any amount will help decrease drying time. When it comes to dryer balls, the more the merrier!
*How do I use these dryer balls?
Put them into the dyer with your wet clothes and let them do their work. We store them in an open basket to dry when we aren't using them.
Can I wash the dryer balls if they get dirty? (ie If my kiddos play with them)
Yes! You can put them in the wash with your regular wash load.
How do I recent?
Add a few drops of essential oil to each dryer ball. Let them dry overnight to avoid spots on clothing. The scent should last a few weeks, depending on use.
