This full and fun petticoat is made in a super soft chiffon and has 20 yards of fullness. This 3 tier petticoat has a bottom super ruffle for an extra frilly look. This petticoat is not at all scratchy and comes in many colors, just ask. This is a pre-manufacturered petticoat, that I sew a stay flat lycra waist band and customized to your size.
