It is made on white 5/8 inch fold over stretch elastic and is comfortable for all ages.
Size of embellishment will depend on size chosen.
Choose from four sizes:
Newborn to 3 months= 13 ¼”
*3-6 months=14 ½”
*6-12 months=16”
*12 months and up 17 ½
