Scumbled white enamel applied to smooth yet rustic cement creates a
charming "powdered sugar" effect.
Very photogenic!

Mason china company of England - Arbor multicolored floral pattern on a cream base.
Additionally handedged with a teal stripe by me.
Good vintage condition, some crazing etc. Aged patina.
