Multiple files are sent as a zip which you can extract and save. These high-resolution files guarantee you get the highest quality images that you can print multiple times for your crafting projects.
However, some email providers have spam blockers that prevent unknown emails from coming through. So if you have not received your item within 48 hours, please check in your junk mail box or contact me immediately.
