Small Chunky Paw Print Necklace

This chunky little sterling silver pendant features my hand drawn paw print that I've etched into the silver. I created a sterling nugget by melting the silver into a molten orb. I then flattened and smoothed it for etching, while allowing the rustic properties and organic shape of the nugget to remain. uneven edges and tiny pits lend character and charm to the tiny pendant. I've given this piece an oxidized, brushed finish. This small piece measures just under 1/2" in diameter and hangs from an 18 inch oxidized sterling silver chain.
