The main background yarn has been spun from a British sheep breed called Masham. The yarn has been naturally dyed to a natural pale wheat colour.
The yarn I have chosen for the tribal arrow pattern is a luxuriously soft mix of merino wool and kid mohair in a warm tweedy brown.
To maintain the structure of the front of the pillow I have lined the knitting with a layer of muslin fabric. For the back I have chosen a neutral linen fabric in an oatmeal/beige. The back has a horizontal overlapping letterbox opening. (I have photographed the pillow with a feather pillow insert *NOT INCLUDED* a synthetic insert will appear fuller)
