Care of your plated and gold filled jewelry: If you care for them, they will stay beautifully plated for years. That means no wearing in the pool, shower, while mowing, working out etc. When you take them off at the end of the day, they should be kept in the plastic bag or anywhere that will prevent oxidation. Failure to do these things can sometimes result in the plating wearing off sooner. I do offer a re-plating service if needed for a small service fee!
