I have started with a 4" fascinator base and covered it with in ivory satin, with an overlay of ivory sequin mesh and a swirly roses trim. I have hand stitched glass pearls and finally added a small birdcage veil and large millinery rose.
This can be attached to a comb or a satin covered thin headband and made to sit towards either right or left of your head, choose from the options.
Hat is fully neatly lined.
