They measure 20 mm (about 3/4 inch) from top to bottom. The Swarovski Crystals form a 12mm (about 1/2 inch) circle. We can switch the post tops out for sterling silver ear wires, surgical stainless steel ear wires, silver niobium or titanium ear wires or silver plated clip ons.
