This soft white tutu has an adjustable elastic waist to fit your little one perfectly. To make the costume even more adorable, it comes with a handmade and friendly ghost face top that is washable (cold water is recommended).
**Tutu can also be made all black or black and white.
The bow is attached to an alligator clip HOWEVER barrette clips are also available if needed. Please leave a note to seller if you would like one of the other options or if you would like a smaller size bow.
Because of the small nature of some parts on boutique bows, please do not leave children unattended with these.
