Fenton jam jar, or as my elderly neighbor lady told me, a mustard jar. Fenton milk glass hobnail with all four pieces original to the set. The milk glass is clean, shiny, smooth, no noticed scratches, and the clear glass spoon is in great condition. The lid is opalescence glass- beautiful appearance even with the mark on the knob top- not unusual to milk glass from age and wear. The little cutout for the spoon has a bit of a rough edge on the underside of the lid. A charming and pretty piece for decor and use. Fenton, a long-standing famous name for glass.
This underplate is 6" in diameter, and with its bottom, raised base, stands 7/8" high to the top of a ruffle.
The spoon is 4 3/4" long, and has a slightly curved handle.
The jar is 3" high, and the top opening has a diameter of 2 7/8".
Lid with knob top is 2" high.
