We ONLY use blocks that are TOP QUALITY NATURAL WOOD. Since the wood is natural, each block is unique due to it's natural state and may vary with irregularities (wood grain, knots, etc), that give it a natural look. That's one reason they look so great! We use your digital photo's submitted to use by e-mail. We edit them and customize them any way you wish or just let us use our skills to make these lasting memories pop. All blocks and photos are sealed to protect and preserve them for many many years to come.

►ORDER PROCESS
• Make your purchase order through Etsy
- Add the following order information in the "Note to Seller" box when checking out.
WHAT WE NEED TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER:
Pleas e-mail us the following information - Preferably through Etsy
1) Block color- see palette (all blocks will have rustic look, unless requested otherwise)
2) Pictures (color, black & white, sepia)
3) Font color
4) What letters or Numbers you want on the blocks. PLEASE put desired saying in "parenthesis"
5) Send Pictures through Etsy's convo. You can send a maximum of 3 pics at
a time, so you may have to send them separate e-mails. PLEASE SEND PICTURES IN ORIGINAL SIZE. DO NOT CROP OR RE-SIZE the pictures, even if you have to send them more than one e-mail.
I will then edit the pictures based on your request and will send you the proofs for approval. Once you are O.K with the customization, I get to work and send them your way ASAP.
