4th of July tutu set, USA princess custom made in your choice of size Newborn-4t

This listing is for a 4th of July tutu set from my USA princess line. This includes the tutu and over the top bow with free headband. This tutu is made from traditional red, white, and blue tulle and finished off with a handsewn bow and felt star accents. Matching over the top bow is 6 inches in diameter and features several layers of red, white, and blue ribbon along with feathers and a felt star center. All ribbon has been heat sealed to prevent fraying and is handsewn before being attached to a metal french barrette. This tutu will be made in your choice of size up to a 4t. If you would like a larger size please convo me for details.
