This prim sign is a great piece to hang on a door or anywhere in the house to show your patriotism. While it looks wonderful throughout the year, it would be especially cute hanging for the summer Memorial Day and July 4th holidays.

The sign board portion was made of 1/2" plywood and the accessory heart and star were made of 1/4" plywood. All of the pieces were painted and then sanded and stained. The blue heart has a button attached and is wired onto the raffia bown. The taupe heart has been nailed onto the sign board. The sign board is abut 3-1/2" tall and about 11-3/4" long. It was painted in rustic red, taupe, and blue and has the saying "America...land that I love!" done in black. The whole sign measures about 11" tall and is about 11-1/2" wide. It is hung from 20 gauge black wire. A raffia bow with the affixed star adds a finishing touch to the piece.

This sign was made with love by me in my smoke-free home using a design by Barbara Lloyd.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day!
