Cotton gauze fabric is a threaded fabric and can show different signs of wear in different places of the yarn and if there is any separation this is not a flaw but the nature of the fabric.
Please note that cotton gauze material has a natural tendency to appear to have areas on the material that have some thread separation. This is a normal reaction of cotton gauze and is not a flaw of the material or design.
