Monique
owner, maker, designer, curator
Hi, my name is Monique. I am 34 year old girl living in a flat with my 2 adorable cats. At the moment I am working full time in a hospital and studying in the evening to get my second bachelor’s degree. I earn minimum wage because the hospital pays for my study.
Because I do not earn a lot of money I learned to be economical. I learned that when it comes to crafts, you can also have a lot of fun with things that other people see as waste. I started upcycling in my home 3 years ago and never looked back. It has become a way of life for me and enjoy it.
I started experimenting with pop tabs in the beginning of 2011. The first item I made was the pop tab basket that you still see in my shop. I was totally fascinated by the material and wanted to see
