This 10 foot long neon colored garland will spice up any room or party! Large circles measure approx. 1.5" wide and small circles are 1" wide. Card stock colors are neon blue, green, pink, yellow, and orange. They are sewn together using white thread. Garland will be placed in a resealable cello bag.
This garland is easy to hang on mantels or draped over tables, using thumbtacks, or tape. There is thread left at each end of the garland for easy hanging as well. Garland is double sided so it will look great hanging anywhere!
