This print is 6.5 wide x 12.5 inches tall. When the prints were stored the corners were damaged but can be matted and framed without taking away from the prints content.
The print shows W.S. Henson's Aerial Steam Carriage (which was never actually constructed) flying over the pyramids in Egypt.
Charles H. Hubbell was a famous aviation artist who painted airplanes for Thompson Products. They used his paintings for prints and calenders for more than 30 years. He traveled extensively to study the details of his painting backgrounds. The technical detail of his planes were precise and authentic. Charles H. Hubbell's original oil paintings still hang in the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum, and many private collections.
