Cavalier shape with green band, platinum trim, and birds and flowers in center. Vintage, used china in very nice condition.
The bowl is in excellent condition. It is 2 5/8 inch deep.
This pattern is identified in "Homer Laughlin China, 1940s & 1950s" by Jo Cunningham, as Persian Garden. Cavalier china patterns were produced beginning in the 1950s, all the way into the 1970s.
This piece is marked only with the CV28 identification. It dates from the 1950s. Older pieces in this pattern are slightly more delicate; the newer pieces tend to be a bit heavier.
I have additional pieces of this pattern available, both place setting pieces and serving pieces. I am happy to combine additional pieces to save on shipping.
