Made in Germany (there is a stamp on the back saying so), likely from the 1970s. 5 inches tall, 3 at its widest, with a working clasp. Glossy enamel on metal. There are a few hairline cracks in the enamel but the colors are incredibly vibrant: orange and yellow and purple pink, and black. The owl is sitting atop a red branch that matches its feet, with green leaves that match its eyes!
