Shetland wool in what I think is mioget (a honey-toned brown) blended with grey Siberian Husky and black silk threads. The Husky fur is from my friend's two dogs (not puppies at all although they act like they are) who are themselves rescued dogs. These batts are a mixture of 94% natural brown Shetland wool, 5% grey Siberian Husky dog, 1% silk and weigh just a tad over 1 ounce (28 g). It's crunchy and bouncy--the yarn will have a bit of a halo due to the fur and the silk will add a dark zippiness to the yarn. The halo should grow as the yarn/garment is handled. This fiber can be used for felting. Yarn and garments made from these batts should be carefully handwashed and laid flat to dry.
10% of the proceeds from the sale of Pupsicle fiber and yarns will be donated to Save Our Siberians--Siberspace Rescue Fund
