Here's a scarce antique cookbook title and interesting bit of advertising ephemera from the New Process Stove Company of Cleveland, Ohio. From it's charming illustrated cover, to the black and white stove illustrations, recipes, time/temperature charts and canning charts, this is a fascinating peek into the vintage 1920s kitchen, when temperature controlled cooking was a recent technological advance. Booklet opens with a discussion of how the Lorain Oven Heat Regulator works with New Process gas ranges. Includes illustrations of 15 New Process Stove models and, of course, there are homey old fashioned recipes for cakes and baked goods, main dishes, vegetables and more.
Soft cover booklet measures 4.5 x 7.75 inches; 48 numbered pages; c. 1926.
Condition: Good, average used condition, noting cover soil/wear and a few dogeared pages. Clean overall.
