This little green octopus has made itself at home, perched on the corner of a soft black felt purse. The bag itself is 11 inches wide by 8 inches tall and has a simple cotton lining in the inside pocket. The flap just folds over the top; there is no zipper. With the strap, the bag is 19 inches long.
The octopus is securely needle felted onto the bag. One tentacle wraps around the strap and one curls around the back (4th photo). On the inside of the flap, the needle felting has left a fuzzy imprint of the octopus (5th photo).
