A stunning 1940s dress!
Sheer black shirt-style top with a a cinched windowpane design.
Rhinestone buttons.
Peplum front.
Gathered chiffon skirt with a heavily ruched waist.
I believe the matching black "belt" actually goes around the neck, but it works wonderfully to replace the missing original belt.
Skirt is lined with a black satin/acetate.
Bodice is lined with a nude crepe, but is still sheer and may require your favorite slip or camisole.
Side metal zipper.
