In researching it, I discovered that the necklace was probably a Huichol design, done by the Huichol people of Mexico. From Wikipedia:
"Huichol art broadly groups the most traditional and most recent innovations in the folk art and handcrafts produced by the Huichol people, who live in the states of Jalisco and Nayarit in Mexico. The unifying factor of the work is the colorful decoration using symbols and designs which date back centuries".
My cuff bracelet has a bead embroidery background over an aluminum cuff form and is backed with beige Ultrasuede. The floral design is bead netting.
The bracelet measures 1 3/4" wide and is 7 1/4" long. It will fit all but the widest wrists.
