Cardinal: Red Cardinal Bird Linocut Illustration Art Print
This cardinal linocut bird is part of an ongoing series depicting local birds. It is created with multiple hand-carved linoleum mounted wood blocks, one for each color with as many as six. The colors are mixed and rolled out and printed by hand via careful burnishing. The finished result is unique and original with no two prints being alike. The background color is a sky blue color.

Printed with oil paint on heavyweight BFK Rives paper
5" x 7" with ~ 1/4" deckle edge

Fits any standard 5" x 7" frame and looks especially nice in a larger float frame
