We ONLY accept credit card and PayPal payments at this time. We would appreciate prompt payment once your purchase has been made. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact the shop and we will work with you.
Our products usually ship within 24 hours from receipt of payment. Products are delivered through USPS. If you need something rushed please let us know and we will create a reserved listing that covers the rush charge titled "Rush Delivery for XXXX", once payment for the rush has also been received (ie. you need to pay for your order first) shipping will take place and you will receive notice once shipment has been made.
We do accept custom orders on items. If you like something but need it in a different size, tell us and we'll be sure to work as best as we can on that for you. If you like something but are allergic to the type of materials used, tell us and we will try to find a similar and non-allergen replacement for you. If you need something in a particular color, and/or style, let us know and we can definitely try doing that for you. Our saying is "it never hurts to ask."
