How to care for your HELLOxSUGAR Decoden Cases:
I handmake all of the accessories you will find in my shop. My intentions are to make them durable, But sometimes things can fall off during normal wear and use. For this reason, I will include with all purchases, a bag of replacement crystals/rhinestones/pearls. **Please do not use nail glue to attach replacement parts. It will not hold for long and can also dull the shine in the rhinestones/crystals :( Any multisurface crafting glue should work, but if you would like my reccomendations on brands please convo me!
I will include more tips and info on how to properly care for your accessory in your package :)

Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. I will make sure all of your goodies are well cushioned and packaged! I ship first class, which takes around 3 days to recieve. If you would like your item faster, please contact me before your purchase so I can upgrade your shipping :)
Returns/Exchanges:
I cannot accept returns or exchanges for obvious reasons. Each item is unique and the time, design and material put into each item is hard to duplicate. I will do my absolute best to make sure the item you have purchased arrives to you in top condition! If there happens to be a problem during shipment, please contact me ASAP so I can resolve any issues that you may have!
