-The persons name or title being addressed (Dad, Daddy, John, etc...)
-Name of the bride to be monogrammed

FAQ’S:
-Q. Do you offer discounts on multiple items?
A. No, each item is made custom to your specifications and take the same amount of time.
However, combined shipping will be applied.
-Q. What is your production time?
-A. Production time is listed on the home page of my ETSY site.
Keep in mind that this fluctuates depending on order volume, and does not count for shipping time. I ship everything USPS Priority Mail and it generally takes 2-4 days.
I can guarantee you a ship out date if needed. However, I cannot guarantee a delivery date, because the Postal Service will not guarantee a delivery date. They only guarantee a delivery date on Express Mail, and it runs $18.
-Q. Do you accept Rush Orders?
-A. Please contact me prior to ordering to see if I can accommodate your needs. This will really depend on the current order volume.
-Q. Do you accept Custom Text?
-A. No, with the exception of Names, Date and Thread Colors.
I strictly work with sayings that are already set up to keep up with the order volume and to prevent any errors. I can make “slight” changes to wording. Like changing a word, or deleting a line of the text.
-Q. Can you Express Mail my order?
-A. Express Shipping is $18 and your package will arrive either the day after shipping, or 2 days after shipping (the Postal Service determines this) If you would like Express Shipping, please contact me PRIOR TO ORDERING, as I would need to add an Express Shipping Upgrade for purchase.
-Q. Do you offer Boxes?
-A. No. To keep shipping costs and the price of the product down, I do not supply boxes.
Many brides have found nice keepsake boxes at Stationary or Craft stores for a much better price than what it would be for me to offer them.
-Q. How will my order be shipped?
-A. All hankies are shipped in a USPS Priority Mail Envelope. All Robes, Pillows or Bathwraps will ship in a Box via Priority Mail. You will get 2 e-mails with a tracking number. One will be from ETSY and one will be from “ETSY ORDERS”
PLEASE HAVE YOUR ORDER SHIPPED TO A SECURE LOCATION. Etsy, nor I are responsible if a package is stolen from your property once it is scanned as “shipped”.
Q. Do you set up Private Listings?
A. No, in an effort to keep production running as smoothly as possible, please add any handkerchiefs to your cart and check out at one time. Please leave all names, dates and requested thread color information in the Notes to Seller box on the Shopping Cart Page.
You will only be charged shipping on the first Handkerchief.
