This is sign I made for a friend who needs a little help getting to the gym. And then I thought, who doesn't? So I'm putting it out there. Because maybe it's not the gym that it's hard for you to do, but maybe it's the laundry, or the dishes, or the backyard cleanup.
Maybe in general you need to be told to just suck it up.
Cut from sturdy, carpenter-grade 1/4" birch plywood and hand-painted, this bit of decor brightens up any wall.
Measures 8.5"H x 17.5"W x .25"D
Drilled with two leveled .3" holes for easy hanging and ships with two aluminum-topped pushpins.

All wood is painted with semi-gloss, interior*, low VOC paint and cut to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production and then standard shipping time for arrival.
My workshop is 100% wind-powered. All scrap wood is up-cycled or recycled.

*My signs are photographed outside in natural light, but are not treated for outdoor use. I recommend at least one coat of polyurethane for signs hung outside, but cannot treat them at my workshop.
