Fabrics chosen for their colour and pattern are appliqued onto calico using freehand machine embroidery with lace trims and buttons added as finishing touches. The fabric is fixed into the embroidery hoop with a blue gingham fabric to brighten up the back! Finished hoop includes a layer of wadding to give a slightly padded effect to the finished frame.
The hoop is 8" ( 21cm) diameter
